Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Client Services Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance internal and external clients’ satisfaction.
- Oversee the resolution of client issues and ensure timely and effective communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/ Spanish
- Proven work experience as a Client Services Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of the financial services industry solutions is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in client services or account management
- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering results
