POSITION DESCRIPTION

Recruitment & Social Media Manager

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

Reporting to: Country Manager

As an Acquire BPO employee, your role is vital in achieving and exceeding individual and team targets that support company objectives, while building and maintaining customer relationships. You’re also responsible for complying with and enforcing procedures aligned with our information security policies.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

You are being eyed to join and lead the Recruitment Team. As a manager, you are instrumental in providing our stakeholders the best care by understanding their needs, successfully launching campaigns, creates strategies as well as sustaining existing projects to deliver their requisitions. Internally, you are expected to guide your team’s consistent progression through competency-based coaching that would guarantee 100% efficiency. You are to monitor, as well, the completion of administrative requirements and the compliance to processes of the organization.

As Recruitment & Social Media Manager you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.

Below is an in-depth description of your responsibilities:

Account Management

o Determining and approving the profile of new campaigns.

o Knowing the profile of the existing campaigns.

o Reviewing and approving the contractual requirements and pay of the roles.

o Ensures that there are no issues on profile/hiring calibration.

o Partnership with senior ops leaders (Op’s directors and/or managers).

o Ensuring profiling is effective – employee life cycle.

o Good understanding of what makes the business successful (ops metrics, ops org structure, ops performance & retention strategies, growth plans).

o 100% Fulfillment of account hiring requirements.

o Team Development and Performance Management

o Creation of a developmental road map for each direct report.

o 1:1 competency-based discussions

o Evaluation & documentation of the competency

o Determining developmental opportunities – learning sessions, projects, team building.

o Succession Planning – 2 layers (mgr., sup).

o Oversee succession planning for specialist.

o Ensuring that the developmental progress is on-track.

o Goal Setting and Tracking of Goals vs Actuals (integrity of data)

o Tracking of ROI (conversion, productivity, customer sat)

o 1st point of escalation on sourcing plan concerns.

o Sourcing plan creation and implementation to ensure candidate pipelines meet the demands.

o 2nd level approver of the sourcing plan.

Social media management

o 100% overseeing company’s interactions with the public thru social media platforms.

o Implement content strategy and management.

o Analyze engagement data, identify trends and plan digital campaigns to build community online.

o Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop strong network.

o Develop content while partnering with global marketing team.

Stakeholder Management/Client Management

o 100% Fulfillment of account hiring requirements.

o Ensures there is enough visibility to the clients/senior stakeholders.

o Determines what updates are essential and necessary.

o Knowing who the stakeholders – what do are they need, what they expect.

o Established partnership – has a good understanding of the business, create appropriate recruiting strategy.

Support Relationships

o Established effective collaboration with other support teams.

o Ensures there is enough visibility and leadership to represent the department.

o Partners with other departments to address concerns that impact recruiting.

· Reporting and Analytics

o Effectively determines frequency of the reports and which stakeholder should be updated.

o Effectively creates reporting format, analyzes data, and provides recommendations.

o Can clearly discuss and articulate the objective of the report, trends, and outcome of the data.

o Uses the analytics data to make recommendations to address gap or optimize output.

 

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related field required
  • 5+ years’ experience in Recruitment
  • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
  • Expertise in handling BPO volume recruitment, niche recruitment and talent sourcing
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills – a leader exemplifying passion in duty and strong commitment to the mission and teams.
  • Ability to plan and evaluate delivery, manage department budget, perform under pressure with ease.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Strategic thinker and decision maker across all aspects of the division scope of responsibility as well as innovative thinking to benefit our clients and their needs.
